Padis Sintilation is a unique blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah grown on our estate vineyard. Although the percentages in the varietal blend change every year to complement the strengths of each vintage, this dynamic wine offers the richness of blackcurrant, blackberry, spice and oak with beautifully balanced tannins and lingering, rewarding finish that promise enjoyment for years to come.
